Ordering and billing
How does billing work?
There are no subscriptions. At checkout you pay for one month or three months in advance; the period starts on the day your service is ready. Before it ends we remind you by email, and you renew from your dashboard if you want to keep the service. Quarterly works out cheaper per month on our fixed plans.
What happens if I do not renew?
Nothing is charged. After the paid period ends you have 3 more days to renew; after that the service is switched off and its data deleted. If you are not sure yet, tell us before the date.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT: the price you see is the price you pay, wherever you live. If you live in the EU, your receipt shows the VAT of your country contained in the price.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) directly on the checkout page, for the first payment and for renewals. Card details are encrypted in your browser and processed by our payment provider; we do not store them. If you need to pay by bank transfer against an invoice, contact sales before ordering.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Every payment has a receipt in your dashboard under Payments, ready to print or save as PDF, and we email you a confirmation.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, the service ends with the period you have paid for. To end it earlier, write to [email protected] with your order number.
Where do I find my server and access details?
In your dashboard. After your first order we email you a link to choose a password; after that you sign in with your email address. The dashboard shows each service, its access details, how long it is paid for and every payment.
Do you offer volume or custom pricing?
For several servers, longer commitments or hardware that is not in the catalogue, ask our sales team for a quote.
Provisioning and access
How quickly is my order ready?
Our team sets up every order by hand within 24 hours of payment. We email you when it is ready, and the access details are in your dashboard. If you have special requirements, add them to the order notes so we can include them in the setup.
Which operating systems can I choose?
Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Debian 13, Debian 12, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10. Dedicated, game and storage servers are also available with Windows Server 2025 and Windows Server 2022. You can also ask for a server without an operating system and install your own.
Do I get root access?
Yes. Servers are handed over with full root access on Linux or Administrator access on Windows Server.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact support and we will move you to a larger plan. If the upgrade means moving to a different machine, we agree the timing with you first.
Network and security
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. DDoS mitigation is part of every dedicated, game, storage, VPS and web hosting plan at no extra cost. Read more on our network page.
Can I get more IP addresses?
Yes. Dedicated IPs in the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom can be added to any Wickbay server.
Where are proxies and IP addresses located?
We offer proxies and dedicated IPs from ranges in the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom. For questions about where a particular server would be located, ask our sales team.

How do I reach support?
Through the contact form or by email to [email protected]. Our team is available 24/7, weekends included. We do not offer support by phone.
What do I need to include in a support request?
Your order number, the hostname or IP address of the server, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Logs or screenshots help us solve the problem faster.
How do I report abuse coming from your network?
Use the abuse form or email [email protected]. Include the IP address, timestamps with time zone, and logs that show the activity.
